I've recently had multiple occasions to contact customer service of Battenfeld Technologies for information and assistance on several different products ===> http://battenfeldtechnologies.com/ <=== until doing so I didn't realize that they own so many (historically) top brands .... the responses I have received have been top drawer, they couldn't have been more helpful .... for me it has been great to deal with another organization that has good customer support/service both before and after the sale
