Fishing with the snow geese

Post by Cofisher » Tue Apr 10, 2018 1:24 pm

Finally a spring day! Out on a local lake, drowning worms. Several hundred snow geese making a racket. It feels great being out with them. No fish yet, oh well.

Glad you're out and wetting a line. We're almost a month behind, compared to where we usually are, for spring. Most of our lakes still have a couple of feet of ice on them.

Yeah, I am really impatient for that warm weather and open water. Good luck to you on the weather end of it.

I'm getting the itch too. Nice looking lake.

Trout season opened April 1st. It's been too cold for me to seriously think about it yet. Soon.

Too bad you didn't get any bites.
