Range Report: wet and cold

Post by Sir Henry » Mon Mar 02, 2020 9:40 pm

The two CZs made it to the range today. Miss Evelyn shot the targets on the left and I shot to the right. We both shot the Scout and the American.

The rain made it hard to score targets. We were about the same with the Scout and I was a bit better with the American.

Here Evelyn checks out her target while cycling the bolt. She had no trouble loading or working the action. The Scout really fit her while the American was too heavy and the length of pull was to long.

We shot for about an hour and a half in the rain. We were covered but the targets weren’t. It was warmer to be walking to the targets than shooting them so we were both quick on the trigger.

The Scout is now sighted in and the American was tweet a click.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

I rarely ever buy a rifle, but when I do, it's a Henry.
