.45 -70 High Wall & 1895 Marlin Fun.....

Post by fortyshooter » Mon Jan 06, 2020 6:12 pm

Settle back and enjoy this 5 Part video of shooting different loads and targets with the 1885 High Wall and my Marlin guide gun.
I sacrificed a bit of knuckle to bring you the best in .45-70 from 325 to 500 gr. mini torpedo's!

Some where in orbit is remains of a water filled paint can! :D

Let the fun begin... Part 1 https://youtu.be/FM_T6Lb_TbI
Part 2 https://youtu.be/gRhyQPCC0CI
Part 3 https://youtu.be/PPOTbs3O4ds
Part 4 https://youtu.be/aFmdhXvy0OU
Prat 5 https://youtu.be/uVG65_4QOv8

Hope you enjoyed an afternoon of some .45-70 range time!

Now to let my right hand knuckle and shoulder get some well needed rest! :D

The 4th video is the one of the paint can vanishing after a hit with the Hornady 325 round. Never did find the can!

Fun videos.
That fist can must have shot straight up like a rocket.
You can see the water blast shadow on the lumber.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......
