Range fun...pumpkin carving 2.0

Post by fortyshooter » Tue Oct 15, 2019 6:15 pm

That time of year again for me to do some pumpkin carving and this time a bit different.

I decided to carve two at one time using two revolvers...one in each hand!
Now I am left handed and mostly shoot left handed but can do well with my right.

Revolvers were the S&W M69 .44 Mag for left hand and the nice Ruger .44 Special Flat Top for the right.
You never know how these things turn out but it's much fun doing it!! :D
Doing the carving.. https://youtu.be/w242i8mEx-U

And results!

Love your choice in revolvers! You sure put them to work on those pumpkins.

Thanks for the comments! For the .44 Mag loads I was using my plinking load of the Matt's Bullets 230 gr. SWC over 9 gr. Unique.
The .44 Special load was the 240 gr. MB Hi Tek coated SWC over 7 gr. Unique which seems to be a great load for that Ruger!
