Got bored waiting for shots
Last Saturday I got set up to shoot starlings from my back porch. I sure am glad I don't eat starlings or I would go hungry a lot this year. They are very educated here now and don't offer a shot very often. I was thinking about using the 20 Gauge 870 and not have to wait for them to land.
So after showing the starlings who is boss here by getting a shot and killing one in about an hour of sitting there I put a target at 40 yds. and did some shooting. I was using my Grand Finale CZ which I find it hard to use anything else since I bought this rifle. I shot three different brands of ammo starting with the center target with the cheap Aguila standard vel. load. This is the worst it has shot the Aguila but the barrel only had one round through it after cleaning the previous evening. Still not bad for $1.79 ammo. First three in the left hole and two at 12 o'clock where it normally shoots after fouled with being sighted in with the Aguila. The next target was the left one with the RWS rifle target ammo. No cleaning or fouling shots between ammo changes. Always shoots a little right when sighted in with the Aguila ammo. Then to the right target with the Norma Tac 22. This ammo is the same as RWS target rifle just different packaged. Shoots right also but this rifle likes the Norma ammo and is usually very accurate with it. It was very good today with all five in one hole. So that was the end of my shooting for the morning. Here is my target.

Maybe you need a blind bandit. At least you got some shooting in. Im still looking for a CZ FS 22LR. Theres plenty of 22 mag around just no 22LR.

Gotta love those CZs, but I'm preaching to the choir with you, bandit. Great shooting, as always.
