Not A 'Real' Ranger Report But....

I finally got out this morning to try my '66 Commem Winchester with the globe sight I got from Esquared and I think this is going to work well for me.
I only had six rounds so I set a couple pine cones up at about 50 yards and sent them flying.
OK, pine cones are a pretty big target so I then found a couple of shotgun shells and poked them on some remnants of wood on a stump, returned to the 50 yard mark, settled into a kneeling position and fired at one and it went flying! Sighted in on #2 and sent it into space as well.
Well thinking I may have hit the larger branch instead of the shell I found it a few yards behind the target and, well the hole in it says it all!
This is HARDLY conclusive however and I need to get out with paper targets but it was a promising start!
