Well if that's a 8 inch plate most of those hits would take care of business....center mass hits!
What load were you using?
I used to have the Uberti Schofield but had troubles getting hits where I wanted consistently and that just could have been the way me and the grip
operated.

Yes, all are 8-inch plates, Fortyshooter.

Here is the ammo I used: Choice 200gr RNFP (20 rounds) @ 950 FPS, and Choice 250gr RNFP (40 rounds) @ 820 FPS.

As you had challenges of better consistency with handling the grip, I am certain I would have experienced the same with your revolver. The difference between your standard Schofield and this Russian model is the trigger spur. This small part is an excellent addition to the trigger guard design, and gives me solid control in steadying the 2.5 lb. revolver.

I like the way that Chioce ammo comes in big plastic jugs! I store my clean brass in similar jugs!!
Great shooting too!

Fine work with that Russian, shooting it the way it the way it was designed to be used, to boot. Good work, PT.

Thanks, NCG. The range times only get better each time I shoot this .45 LC revolver.
