Rifles at the Lever Action Nationals

Looks like Henry Repeatin Arms is starting to really make a name in Silhouette shooting, for 22 and Pistol Caliber at least.

And I doubt those numbers are going to go down.

I think that's more about sight radius than anything else.

I am one of those who changed from Marlin to Henry for smallbore LAR. After practicing with it for a couple of month I feel it is a better rifle than the Marlin 39A. No jams, no problems at all.
I didn't place well in the Nationals, but I had a lot of fun and got "all the shooting I could stand". We spent a week in Raton, NM and enjoyed cooler mountain weather, some rain, and saw a lot of wildlife at the Whittington center.
Lever Action drew a larger group of shooters than the the others competition groups!
