I have an older 4x scope on it
That is a group at 50 yards off sand bags using CCI 17gr lead free and 17gr Vmax.
Image is turned sideways counter clockwise.

I see you're resting the gun on the flat part of the receiver. Maybe I should try that because I seldom get good groups with the H001, it wants to roll over. The groups I get, at least at 25 yds, are not much better with a scope than with the HiViz :(

Good shooting.

Don't you hate those "crowded" ranges RSb? :D

Good shooting.
That stack of sand bags was set up for picture taking only. Down at the east end of the covered range were the morning sun first hits
Lever actions getting sighted in are shot with the rifle fore stock resting on bags and butt held firm into shoulder and a light touch on the receiver to manage recoil.
Lever action rifles are ideal for off hand shooting not so much for benchrest shooting.
