I was shooting JSB Diabolo Match Middle Weight not Crosman. This was my first target.

I’m no where near NCG or RR or a couple dozen others.

The trigger was more than five pounds and is now three and change at the lowest setting.

I have a 2240 and it doesnt have a real good trigger but it still is good enough to bounce a tennis ball around at 10 plus yards. I can hit a golf ball every now and again with it. I pretty sure I could spank some hub caps at Genes with it.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

Did you mean a 2245? I have one and like to shoot at tennis balls.

I was surprised when I gauged it. It felt more like four ponds before the adjustment and about two after. I’m going to check the gauge tomorrow on some I’ve previously set. Most of my Henrys are 2.5 pounds. I’ve found that my sweet spot.

Gene, you can get that trigger lighter on the 2300 by simply clipping a coil off the spring. That 2 pound range, though, is very nice for a handgun.

Gene... just have fun knocking cans and other items around! If you can keep the shots in a 2 inch circle the can don't care!
I use a paper target to see where the pellet/bullet will hit and then make a sight adjust and then on to hitting the cans or other targets
on a slow summer afternoon!

They can be hard especially if the firearm is scoped. This one of course isn’t and it’s one of the easiest to load. Don’t let the size keep you away.

I have the Winchester 94 and Colt Peacemaker in bb’s for plinking cans. This one and a few others are for shooting groups at paper. I like them both!
