No problem Forty. I have some cleaning out to do when I get home and I have some bullets Im not going to use because I dont own those calibers anymore. 45-70 being one and 45 Colt being the other. I think I also have some 44 mag XTP bullets Im going to sell.
If you going to get rid of the 45 and 44 XTP bullets send me a PM!! Thanks!

Forty, using those FTX bullets, do you have to cut down the cases to work in your Colt anything?

On all the revolvers but my Alaskan 454 I trimmed back the red tip to be flush with the nose of the bullet. I do it on my bench grinder before loading and it's a quick clean nice job. My COL is 1.590-1.600 when crimped in mid to upper part of crimp groove. Bullet still functions well as you could see.
What I need to verify is if the 20 gr. 2400 load is within .45 ACP +P load pressures which would be fine in my S&W 25-7. No big Ruger Only loads for that one. They should work fine in the Henry rifle as well. I shoot the 250 gr. XTP with 20 gr. of 2400 powder in my Carbine.

Nice work. I enjoyed the videos. These look like some hard hitting loads.
