It is cheaper to reload 223 ammo then it is to a buy a box of 22 mags and the 223 is more accurate to boot .

I'll remember that when I get the Long Ranger in .223. I shot about $50 worth of ammo yesterday and will be doing the same on Thursday.

If the target was an 8" steel gong it would still be dead (or a least wounded).

My groups at 100 yards was three to five inches. Not good at all but still good enough to drop a coyote at that distance. I'm heading to the range again within the hour and will be making another range report later today.
