I need to do that to the rear sight on my 44 I think that what help me out a bit also.

I set it up in my Bridgeport mill and open it up with a 1/8th carbide end mill very carefully. .135 opening is what I made my .44 carbine and also a bit deeper on that one. Looks like a "U"

I dont have a mill to do that but one thing that helps me is to turn that stupid white diamond around so its not starin ya in the face when you shoot.

That is one good looking Henry there forty! You got yourself a beauty. Looks like it likes those handloads. It does me good to know you fellas really like those 180's. Also like the work on that rear sight forty; nice work. Your video's are such a hoot. Enjoy that .357!
