Greetings from the UK

Post by PeteB » Mon Apr 27, 2020 5:06 pm

I joined the forum initially to answer one question, which was answered very quickly. I’m liking what I see and look forward to remaining a member.

I retired 5 years ago having spent 37 years as an Engineer in the same aerospace company. I’ve been interested in guns for as long as I can remember and bought my first firearm 16 years ago when two of my Air Pistols became prohibited weapons then requiring a Firearms Certificate.

Bought my first Henry, a Henry Big Boy Classic H006M a couple of years ago to replace a Rossi Puma that met with an accident.

Love the Henry Big Boy and now have had a Big Boy Silver H006CS on order since February. :D

Welcome from Nebraska. Glad to hear of your satisfaction and appreciation for the Henry. Let us know when your Silver shows up. Sorry about the wait.

Remember, it's not how many guns you have. It's how many bullets you have.

I knew when I ordered the Big Boy Silver in 45LC it would be at least April/May before I was likely to see it. Seems there were none already in country (maybe never had one in the UK before) so its just a waiting game, now compounded of course, by Covid-19. No shooting anyway here in the UK as all ranges are in lockdown until further notice.
