Checking in with my first Henry... a Long Ranger in 6.5 CM
Welcome from California.
I'm jelouse, 6.5 Creedmoore is a pretty definitive cartridge.
If you don't mind, what lead you to a Henry Long Ranger for that particular cartridge?
Been wanting a Henry and also wanting a Creedmoor since shooting my friends HOWA, so the combo came together as a Xmas gift from the Mrs. I picked it out, she paid for it. :)

Nice are there many places to shoot in your area without seeking out a regular range. Seems to me I hear of alot of people shooting out in the desert down that way.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

Two official ranges are close, one public and one private, but both are an hour away from me. Lots of open desert around though!
