Greetings From Oklahoma
Just found and joined the forums today, pretty excited about it since I love Henry Rifles. Right now I have four Henry rifles including:
Henry Long Ranger .308 which I used last fall to take my first deer ever at age 57, ended up taking three for the year.
Henry color case hardened .357 which I just love! It is very accurate and fun plus I love color case hardened guns.
Henry small game .22 LR with factory threaded barrel because what could be more fun than a suppressed lever action rifle!?
Henry Evil Roy with a custom serial number of AGGIESAM1983.
I am thinking about a Long Ranger in 6.5 Creedmoor because how fun would it be to ring steel at 1000+ yards with a lever action? And then hunt deer with it too?
Also thinking about a single shot in .308 for deer hunting but the factory trigger is a bummer for me.
Anyway, thanks for allowing me to join and let me know if there are any others from Oklahoma in the forum. Also, Texas Aggies because what could be better
Thanks
Sam

Welcome to the forum. Dont let the trigger on the single shot chase you away. It can be modified. Many of us have done it here with satisfaction.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

Welcome from KC! It's great to have you here! We have similar collections, just some different combinations of calibers and finishes, but love my Long Ranger 308. My first deer hunt this past fall, too, thanks to my Henry Hobby!
Welcome again!

Welcome from Nebraska. Us flat landers need to stick together. Nice collection of rifles.
I too am considering the 308 SS. Easy carry hunting gun.

Remember, it's not how many guns you have. It's how many bullets you have.
