Hello Everyone, just wanted to introduce myself. I was finally able to purchase a BBB in .357. Absolutely love it! Really I have loved leverguns since my dad gave me a daisy red Ryder. I think I was about 6 years old. Over the years I have probably bought and sold 3 or 4 marlin 30-30s. The one I have now is probably one of the last JMs ever made. The Henry is just plain fun to shoot in the back yard. A whole lot less recoil than a 30-30 and definitely cheaper to reload. Great gun. My loaders are a Dillon 550 for pistol, a Lee turret for rifle and .45ACP and mec 9000 for shotgun. I have been shooting trap in the Franklin county league for 3 years now. I hope to add to the Henry collection with a Golden Boy and a Long Ranger in 6.5 Creedmoor. And yes there is such a thing. My LGS got one in last week and it is sold. Awesome gun!

The BBB in .357 was my first Henry, and it is definitely a fine rifle to shoot. Even more so for me, it was a great-looking firearm. Once I learned how to maintain the "newness" of that beautiful brass shine, especially against the Henry wood, that bronze "glow" was always fun to simply look at, too.
Enjoy yours!

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......
