Spring has sprung. Get out and shoot your Henry

Stopped by my local Gun Shop yesterday and while browsing all the goodies there I spotted a Rifle I couldn't resist. Picked out a Golden Boy H004. This will be my first Henry probably not my last.
A little about me. 68 years old avid target shooter. The only hunting I do now adays is hog hunting down in Georgia. I enjoy pistol and rifle target shooting and do all my own reloading
Anyway I'm looking forward to gleam any information about Henry rifles from this forum.
I will be picking up my rifle from my LGS this coming Tuesday as it seems my purchases are always put on delay by the State of Maryland. Semi-retired bartender in a resort town on the Eastern Shore of Maryland so I have plenty of time to enjoy my hobby.
Thanks,
Chip

You are totally correct, Chip. It will NOT be your last Henry.
However, shooting Henrys is not a bad way to spend some retirement days!
Enjoy, and glad you've joined the Forum.

Congrats and welcome to the Forum from another new(er) guy. You're likely right, it won't be your only Henry.
This is a great place, with lots of generous, wise Henry owners. Glad you're here!

Not too far. I retired from Wallops and hangout in P-Town. But, I am looking forward to being totally retired one day.
