Oh.. sorry... where are my manners? Welcome to the forum family. Jump right in and start posting, and put up pics. We like pictures.

BTW... both the daughter and son in law were air force, he left a teaching position on active duty at wichita falls, and a couple months later was back at his old desk, in his old job, civil service. He drives about twenty five minutes to work. :D
thats one of the reasons we are looking at ark and mo when i retire, the glowing casino lights are getting way to plentiful around, and dont get me wrong we enjoy them as well but from where we live in perry " its on i35 north of okc by stillwater, there are 9 within a 45 min drive and 2 more under construction.

i hit boots at whiteman afb in 85, spent 7 years there 100 foot underground working on the minute man system.

I drove up from Sugar Land a few years ago to pick up an Atlas lathe I purchased on ebay from a guy in Perry. My oldest son and I drove up and back in one day. My mother lives in Bartlesville.

Some retired guy owned it just East of town. I remember he had a very expensive bus type RV parked in the driveway and said he just purchased a newer one. He said he bought the lathe off of ebay himself from somewhere in Canada I believe. Anyway it's just a small 1952 Atlas 618 but it does everything I need it to do. BTW welcome to the forum.
