New From NJ

Hello all,
Thank you for the add! I have started getting into lever action rifles and I recently purchased my first Henry rifle. It's a lever action All Weather H010 GAW in 45-70. My first lever action rifle was a Marlin 1895 GS and craftmanship seems worlds apart. I have yet to shoot either, but the Henry just feels like a stronger and smoother construction. My Marlin rattles much more when you engage the lever to chamber the next round.

On a personal note, I have been adding guns to my collection for the past 27 years and my other interest are motorcycles. I own an 07 Big Dog K9 and a 2017 Yamaha R1M. Glad to be hear and I look forward to learning and hearing from everyone's experiences with this brand. Below is a pic of my Henry rifle along with some other guns in my collection.

Finally, here's my first question: Is it possible to convert my H010 GAW into the one that comes with the Picatinny rail? I see Henry website sells the Picatinny rail but it's not as long as the one you buy that comes with the rifle (H010 GAWP).

Thanks,
Bill

Welcome to the forum. I can’t help you with your question. I suggest you make a post specific for it and state the rifle model in the subject. That way you will peek the interest of someone that has one.
