Henry Rifle Forums

hello all,
my name is michael (mycle1000) and I live in Mason City, Iowa. mostly I am a handgunner, but I do have a few long guns, mainly shotguns and .22s. Now, I have purchased a Henry survival rifle. Friends own Henrys, and tell me about the great quality and reliability, so when it was time to purchase a portable, Henry was my first choice.
In years past I was a firearms instructor for the US Air Force, so I like to considerr myself having some experience.
this looks like a nice web forum and I hope to have a lot of interaction here with everyone.

It's a family, so we might rag on you, but you were almost in the military (and it starts but my daughter and Son in law both stationed at Shepard ) so you are used to it, and that's what family does. Besides, though we may poke fun at times... It's never in a mean way, the Mods won't allow it.
