Good morning all,
I’ve been looking at and shot several Henry rifles over the years and always wanted one in my favorite handgun caliber of .41mag. I’ve looked for one for several years but to no avail. My sons found a Big Boy Carbine with the brass receiver and gave it to me for Christmas. I absolutely love it and the way it shoots

Welcome. To the forum and to the Lost Boys of the Henry .41mag club. I have the same rifle, except in steel rather than brass. Great deer gun for around here.
Btw, I did some ballistic testing of the rifle (chrony) with 2 different factory ammo a couple years ago, if you're interested.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

I believe you're right. The only problem now is on the ammo side. Ain't any. So unless you have a stash, or the means to make it, it's just a wall hanger.
