New Henry owner with question already

Post by Tut » Sun Jan 03, 2021 1:11 pm

Hi all: Santa brought a .308 Long Ranger with Vortex scope. Did a little shooting many years ago, but living in an anti-gun state has made it sporadic at best. Don't hunt cuz I don't know anyone crazy enough to take me out. Basically I'm a newbie who loves to kill paper zombies. So that's pretty much me. Now for the question: My face isn't big enough for proper sight through the scope and good cheek weld, so I'm thinkin a riser would help. I want one with a very vintage look (duh...it's a HENRY), real leather, and (here's the big snag) AMERICAN made. Seem to be more than a few scammers who make their ads look like American, but not really. Had one vender on ebay tell me 'well the warehouse is USA'. Anyhow, any help would be greatly appreciated if someone could point me in the right direction.
Thanks so much,
Tut

Welcome from MS, and for a very high quality stock butt cuff take a look here. Email them and ask about one for your Henry & additional rise to suit you. Also take a look at a matching leather sling they make. I have done business with them a couple times for other leather gear.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

Welcome to the forum Tut. If it doesn’t say Made In the USA then it’s not. Even if it has an American city on the item. That is where the Importer is based.
