newbee

Post by ol'pole » Sat Dec 12, 2020 8:17 pm

Hi from MI just N of Detroit, Just got a new Henry BBS side gate color case, man it's pretty, it matched my SAA cc Uberti El Patrone both in 45 colt, can't wait to find an open range and try them out to find out if I can still see the brass bead (old tired eyes). Trying to find some good loads for the Henry maybe a little stouter than the revolver loads.
I'm old (70) in a couple weeks, been loading for 15+ years This is my first rifle., thought I would make it a good one, so I bought American bought Henry!

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

Welcome from the other side of Michigan. Good choice for your first rifle. Really like the CCH finish.
