Anyone have a favorite recipe they would like to share, had my first in a long time and it was great. Pretty simple, boneless chicken parts, potatoes, carrots, corn on the cob and onions spiced with some Slap Your Mama. Easy clean up too. Thanks

Welcome to the site, Steve! There are enough campers and hikers and wilderness overnighters here to talk about it with you. I've never had it, but I do like good one pot cooking. How was it prepared, how was it cooked, and for how long, and would any Cajun seasoning do? Thanks.

Carol boiled the chicken for just a little and then wrapped all of it together in double foil and baked it in the oven till all were tender. I'm sure any seasoning you like would do, thats what we had on board. She put it in a pan so it wouldn't drip in her oven and said it was tender after about an hour and 15 mins.

I take a trout, the right parts removed, in foil with lemon slices, herbs of your choice and salt and pepper. Fool proof for delicious trout every time.

Campfire potatoes. Slice up some potatoes, peeling them is optional. Add sliced onion and bell peppers. Season with Tony's and black pepper. Add some pieces of butter. Wrap it in foil and throw it on the grill. Yum.
