Our Pumpkin Cranberry Bread
We make this mostly around the holidays but occasionally, just anytime. It is a good, tasty and moist treat that can be eaten for breakfast with coffee or for a dessert or a nighttime snack. If you double the recepie you can freeze the loaves by wrapping them in wax paper and then in heavy duty aluminum foil. I wouldn't keep them in the freezer past six months. You can also spread the slices with butter or cream cheese if you so desire.

Re: Our Pumpkin Cranberry Bread
It sounds like something my mother would like. I'll send it to her. (That way she'll make it too)
