Sushi Grade Scallops raw are one of my favorites....melt in your mouth! :D
Ever try sea urchins? Many ways to fix them. Just be careful getting it out from under all those spines. Some recipes on the web.
Yes Gunny, have had Uni also. Not one of my favorites though.

I was surprised at how good the eel was. I normally prefer the California rolls. They usually have fake crab and avocado in them. Quite tasty with a little soy sauce and a piece of pickled ginger on top.

I've had the ones with raw tuna and also some with shrimp. Both good, but the Cali roll is hard to beat.

Never seen oyster sushi. Hmmmmmm

Mussels aren't too bad either.

I think the best part of Calamari is its tentacles, lightly floured and gently deep fried. I shop at a fish market that, if asked, will sell just tentacles! But, as much as I truly love them all, oysters, clams, scallops, mussels, lobster, calamari, shrimp, langoustines, blue crab, and tuna; to my taste, King Crab is the sweetest meat of the sea.
