our latest turkey prepared in our Masterbuilt smoker .... 16 pounder smoked for our youngest son whose in laws are gathering at his home later today .... I've used a mustard coat on beef and pork but this is a first for us with a turkey .... looking forward to hearing how it turns out

fired our smoker up again to prepare a Christmas Turkey .... this smoker has proven to be the best we've owned ....
