.
A few more nights sleepless in the Blue Ridge. Know the feeling except for me was in the TV.
I'm just guessing it's 5 business day turnaround.

Are you shivering? Staying up late? Lol.

The good news is, it will end soon. We are all with you.

It was not pleasant. But, weather, what can you do? We are high and dry. Reaching out to see who needs help now.

When my warranty work is complete, does anyone know if they will send me a return tracking #? I sure don't want my rifle sitting on my porch if I'm not home when it arrives! Typically, not a concern, but, this is a firearm. :| " Porch Pirates " are out there!

I've had two rifles returned since 2014; I wasn't given notification for either of them. Fortunately, my wife was home to receive them -- they required a signature. The process may have changed since then.. I think others here have called CS daily to get an update.

Hmm, thanks for the response Stan. Guess I'll know soon enough, maybe there are some others out there with more recent experience.

I sent a rifle back a couple months ago. I got tracking numbers both ways. Henry will give you a warranty number and a login number to check progress on their website. That is where the tracking numbers can be found. No one was home the first time UPS tried to deliver. Their note said they would make two more attempts, then it was return to sender because of “adult signature required.” The note also said you could contact them and have it held at a local service center and pick up at your convenience. That’s what I did, and picked it up the next day.
