RamRodz and Wipe-Out

Post by Whiskeyshooter » Sun Jul 17, 2016 5:47 am

I am avid shooter, I usually shoot about twice a week, especially a number of handguns, 9mm, 357 and a number of 22.cal. I have always been paranoid of scratching a barrels land and groves. I have used so many products over the years, but always come back to Ballistol for most application. However for Bore cleaning I use "WIPE-OUT". It more than lives up to it's claim. Use it without scrubbing and your barrel looks like new. For Pistols, I also use RamRodz, but what a fantastic product. They may, look similar to a q-tip, but they really are not close to being the same think. They are extremely durable and fit the bore like a glove. For my rifles I alway have used wipe-Out with a bore snake. I just ordered the Ramrodz, shotgun and Rifle attachments so will see how well they work.

I highly recommend the RamRodz. Here is a link where you can get them at the best price with free shipping.

NOTE* It is safe on all gun barrels, but not safe on Brass or Bronze or silver. Read the directions.

I like to use Ballistol as well. Works well on my bolts and other things that need to soak for a little while before wiping down.

Those RamRodz look like an interesting product. I'd like to give it a try in 9mm for my G19 & G26.
