Leupold fit?

Post by 14indy » Wed May 30, 2018 6:42 am

Just bought the .22 Golden Boy simply because it looked pretty. Anyway, using the factory scope mount (which I haven't bought yet) will the Leupold 6 x 36 fit without hitting the barrel?

That will depend on the rings, but 36mm isn't that big so you should be good. The aggressive drop off of the comb appears to be more of an issue for most.

As Henry88 said, a 36mm objective lens is on the smaller side. The mount also is designed to provide clearance for the hammer, so it should be plenty high enough. You still might want a hammer extender (spur), though.
