I was at my LGS last week owned by a friend of mine and he gave me a new Bushnell Legend scope that got a mark on the tube from mounting it. The customer didn't want it then so my friend gave it to me. I told him to try sending it back and he said he wasn't going to bother with it. It is a nice scope and has a side parallax that goes down to less than 10 yds. Should make a good rim fire rifle scope with the clarity it has and the parallax adjustment. I think my rings can be positioned to hide the mark on the tube. He gets me to run errands for him and treats me very good in return with giving me things. This scope was priced at $205. He also gave me a Bushnell off a new package gun that the customer up graded to a better scope. I already gave that one to another guy.
Spring has sprung. Get out and shoot your Henry

I have a Bushnell Banner that is over 20 years old (6X40) and is clear as a bell and works perfectly.
I also have a new Bushnell Custom (3X9X40) that I got real cheap sitting on my 22WMR that seems real nice and well made.
Good luch with that one, bandit..........
