My group is 2" @ 100 yards.
This is nothing to sneeze at with a muzzleloader!

My T/C Renegade is capable of this as well - and ragged one hole at 50 yards - AND with open irons - and with a heavily pitted and lapped barrel!

Unless your scope is binding in the rings and takes a firm 'push' to seat it in and the top rings are snug as well you probably won't benefit much.

If the scope sits down smoothly in the rings with little to no binding and can be moved fore and aft smoothly it's probably fine.

My Triumph Bone Collector likes the Thompson Shockwave 250gr. yellow tip in the yellow super glide sabot. I tried 245 gr Powerbelts and it sprayed them all over. I had to re-sight in the scope after trying to zero in on the Powerbelts, even swabbing between shots it just didn't like em.
I think I'll leave the scope alone for now.
