SeeAll Sight Results

Because I have mentioned this sight a few times let me just say up front - I have nothing to do the SeeAll company, or any company, rather I just saw the sight on the web, was intrigued, and bought one. However, this sight has been a revelation for me because I have some specific vision issues. Maybe it would work for another person, maybe not.

I really did not want to put any sight on my BBB but it is so hard for me to use the iron sights I had to go looking for other options. I did not want to scope it. I have an astigmatism so red dots while I can use them look like 3 leaf clovers so I did not want to buy another one and just be annoyed. And I only have clear vision with one eye.

So I took a chance on the SeeAll, mounting it on my BBB .357 and for me it is amazing. I can see both the aiming point and the target clearly. I can hit target clays at 44 yards with one shot, 7 out of 7 shots, from rest. Previously I could only have made such a shot with a scope, red dot, or Eotech with magnifier. With the SeeAll I keep both eyes open, and where the tip of the delta is is where your POI is, and I see the delta and target clearly through plain shooting glasses. I find it very easy to use, but I did practice with it extensively for a couple days learning how to pick up a target and get the tip of the delta on the target. Since I needed it to work I have got it to work.

I still really don’t like having any add-on sight on the BBB but until I get some better vision solutions it enables me to enjoy the rifle without the bulk of a scope; the SeeAll version 2 is about a small as a tube-type red dot can be, not much larger than a Burris FastFire for example.

And of course shooting the Henry is just a blast.

Anyway I included a picture of how the clays appeared to me as I shot them at 44 yds, and then a closeup of 3 clays for 3 shots, .38 special. On one clay you can see I drilled it almost dead center. This was from the rest. The SeeAll delta (the tip) allows very precise aiming. Off hand I was able to hit the gong 5 out of 7. It was about 40 degrees with a slight breeze and I was even shivering a bit. I do not claim to be a world class marksman, but I had a lot of fun at achieving such results.

I write this for information for the forum and as a possible option for somebody having difficulty due to vision problems, the SeeAll may be a viable option.

After reading Pilsner's shooting results, I researched this sight and recently got a SeeAll MK-1 sight for my .357 Big Boy All-Weather. His looks a little different than mine, which makes me think he has the MK2. Mine doesn't have the large knob on the right side, and is the plain-Jane model.

The second reason I think it's the MK2 is based on what Pilsner wrote in his 4th paragraph:

I know I stepped in on your question to him. Best if Pilsner verifies his model for you.

Did you get the triangle (delta) or crosshair reticle? I think I might be more comfortable with the crosshair from the ad pictures.

I got the triangle (delta). The ad pictures show pretty accurately what each looks like. Either image might look larger or smaller depending where you position the sight on the mounting rail.

Did you get the triangle (delta) or crosshair reticle? I think I might be more comfortable with the crosshair from the ad pictures.

I've decided to go with the TruGlo Tru-Tec Micro Subcompact Tactical. I'll let you know how it turns out.

I am going with this, HIVIZ Fiber Optic Rifle/Shotgun Rear Sight. I have looked it up online but that is all I know about it. I have the HIVIS front sight for my Henry H001M and from all I have read, this should be a good fit. Any insight would be appreciated.

That's a very unique set-up....... I like it. It seem to be pretty accurate. Thanx for sharing.
