Has anyone tried one of these, pros/cons. Looking at one for a BBS carbine.
Thanks.

Sorry, have not tried one, I have been waiting for Ranger Point to make one of their cloverleaf peep rails for the Big Boys, Last Spring I emailed asking about this, they responded, “within a month” and then they shelved the product. Please email them and ask. The more that do this the more likely they will offer one.

Before Skinner came out with one, I built my own. I can’t really recommend it because it required a lot of luck. But, it works well.

That is a Skinner Low Pro mounted in the rear rail hole.

Unfortuneatly hard to get the ranger point unit in Canada. I'm trying to get some local guys to commit to some parts so we can share the import costs. The USA insists on export permits so...

That does not sound like a promise to make one for a BB, that sounds like a “we will try to get existing products out to you” statement. Did they say anything at all about new products? In my email they told me that they could not just shorten the long rail to make it work with a shorter hole spacing, they would have to engineer a whole new design.
