I bought one of these about a year ago. While in the basement one night loading I heard a pop somewhere on the shelves in my reloading room but could never determine exactly where it came from. Today while messing around in the room I found out what it was. The plastic eye in the base let go of the spring inside this loader. When the plastic eye failed spring snapped making a loud noise and it kicked the base and the end with spout away from the body of the loader. I fixed it with a little screw and nut but I have my doubts it will hold long. I came up to my computer and sent the company an email. I explained my problem and asked to buy new ends so I could use this loader again. I got a reply a short time later telling me to send in my address. He would send me 2 new ends no charge to me. He said they had some quality problems with the plastic and have changed materials to make them better. Another company with great customer service and willing to stand by there product. I thought it was worth noting

I have had the 11 round size for several years. Perfect for loading the mare’s Leg. Glad to hear they took care of you.

I bought mine through HRA. I've used it a lot for my SGC .22, and other earlier Henry .22s I had.
A most useful tool. I recommend it.

I bought mine from H.R.A. and use it on my Henry Pump. I ordered it on the phone and when it came the invoice was marked N.C.

Received my replacement parts today for the loader. This company is stand up in my book
