Site Slow

Post by daytime dave » Sun Nov 18, 2018 9:45 am

The site is slow today, Sunday Nov 18, 2018.

Everything looks fine in the back room, so I suspect our server hosts are having something to do with the slowness. I'll let you know if I find out anything more.

It’s a tad slow for me this morning but it is prime internet time. Weekends and evenings for about three hours my internet slows down till most of the people are off to bed or watching TV.

Both my cell phone and laptop get online via my portable Jet Pack. I create my own hotspot wherever I go. Some areas are fast and some are low. My home is in a so-so area and the fastest times are in the middle of the night.

I have FIOS and don't have any speed issues with the web in general. However, I noticed sporadic slow down to HRF only starting Friday evening. Yesterday response time from HRF was in general slow as was this morning. This evening, open posts is ok, but posting is slow.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......
