I was away from the Forum most of July, but glad I "found" this Founding Members thread. I'm now doing the "ketchup" reading routine to see what I've been missing on this best of all Forums!

I'm a Founding Member, and came along from the now-defunct previous forum site. Very glad that DD and Sir Henry rescued the Forum, gathered Henry folk back together, and good to see how the Forum has grown into a friendly and informative Henry rifle site. It's also been enjoyable to share about many interesting non-rifle topics/activities with such enthusiastic people.

It's the go-to internet Forum for me! Glad to be here. :D

Well, Sir Henry, considering when you originally posted this and when I am responding, I guess I am not a regular anymore, but can I still keep my designation? LOL.

Work and family responsibilities have severly limited my time for posting, reading, and shooting. Like anything else, these things go in cycles and at some point things will ease up. Either I will get all these projects finished or I will finally just retire, but one way or another, things will change.

Until then, I occasionlly do a "drive by" and it is always good to see some old familiar names and some new ones. That tells me this is still a healthy forum.

Stay safe and healthy everyone.

I'm glad you were able to find the time to post this WhiteSquirrel. I know what you mean about changing responsibilities and commitments. It's nice to know that many still stop by and take a look.

We'll keep the light on. Stop back when you can. Sit a spell and tell us what you are up to friend.

I think I am a founding father as well but don't post much. I am also on another Henry forum, plus a bunch of gun forums. But I still check in every day, in fact I stay checked in. At 80 yrs old I sometimes forget what I wanted to post, and worse part I forget how to post. :?

ArmyScout, I'm glad you come by when you do.

What is the other Henry Forum? I haven't surfed the net as much as I used to. I go to three forums daily and a few others when I get time.

So it all started March 2016...and already past 1,000 members. Pretty cool.

This is such a nice, civil forum. I am glad you all let us Johnnie-Come-Lately types join up! :)
