There's a file size limit of 6K, Bish. You may be trying to upload something that's a smidge too large. See if you can make it smaller in size, not just in dimensions.

there's a couple of free avatar generators on google. That's what I used.

Thank you. I have that but most of my images are not square to begin with and distort when I try that or get cut off. Still looking, though!

Yeah it took me a while playing around with the parameters. Took the dimensions necessary for the forum and applied it proportionally to my picture to get the right size.

In case no one noticed, if you don't have an avatar, you have a blank one. I added that last week. I'm glad to see others putting avatars on. I like to see that.
