Hey RR could ya help a rookie out with a couple close ups of how and where you attach the scabbord to the saddle? It's a bit uncomfortable slung over the shoulder goin thru the trees. Always thought about a scabbord just never used one. Elk season ain't till October so no rush! :)

This is the wrong side but it's the same way on the off side since I moved it. I had extra D rings put on each side near the cantle when I had my saddle made. The front strap is run through my breast collar D. You can fasten right to the rigging as well. Whatever hangs best. Has to fit horse well and you too.

Main thing is everything snug to the horse so you dont catch a tree branch. And don't lose your rifle.
