I think our new member "Chuckcook" does a better job with my photos than I do....thanks Chuck! Now that's a touch of the old west, and the Henry never looked better!

A photo my wife took the day last week we picked up the horses and brought them home. Badger, Dakota and Houston. The eastern slope of the Rockies in the background. We just pulled all the burrs out of manes and tails today.

Took Badger for a ride this morning, what a gorgeous morning. A little snow on the mountains now. Caught the sunlight in a photo while we were resting for awhile. Great to be horseback again after all the smoke and fire alerts, should be some fall gathers soon.

Going through some old photos and found this little gem. Back in 2005 a stock photographer took pics while I was moving cattle on the Waldron Ranch, and it has been used by Canadian Cowboy Country magazine numerous times in ads. A few years later they had it on their banner at a large horse show in Red Deer Alberta. My wife snapped a pic of a "slightly" older cowboy standing with it. ;)

By the way, that is our late mare "Magic". Great horse.
