I'll try to get a few shots of the manure pile...stuff seems to grow there first around here.

Re: Spring is in the air
as is the norm, the arrival of Spring in NC is accompanied by a blanket of mostly pine pollen .... normal yes, but it sure seems heavier than usual .... so much so that some of my wife's relatives saw coverage about it on their local news out in South Dakota .... we went through much the same thing just before we left Texas and now get to "enjoy" it for a second time at home .... thankfully, rain that should help clear the air is moving through .... this is the first year that I've found it necessary to take some meds so as to be able to breathe .... I doubt the pollen is any thicker, most likely I'm just getting older

Up here, though, we know better to get in a hurry about spring. A few days, ago, it hit 70, then this, this morning. Ah, April in the north country. Actually, snow in April is something we expect. Nothing unusual.
They say you get use to that after while BUT! I never have and I never will I hate snow

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

Might rain tomorrow, or snow again who knows. Either way I am going to the range.

Re: Spring is in the air
as aggravating and ugly as our yellow pollen is, I'd sure rather have it than RR's beautiful, white snow

The pollen gets everywhere at camp. A sure sign that things will be warm.
