Re: Foraging/hunting
I was quoting the Washougal comment. The Braaap refers to the National motocross event held there annually (as it’s a fairly famous track). I wondered if you codgers would get it! I think I’m the Forum toddler being only in my 50s!

This 67 year old codger (one who has never been a gearhead) had to look it up and discovered "Braaap" is:Redthies wrote:I was quoting the Washougal comment. Now, THAT'S funny! I just turned 60, so the codger comment is crushing. Have had my share of motorcycles in my LONG life, but not the dirtbike variety. It is a famous track, but, in my years living there, just never made it to an event. Go figure.CT_Shooter wrote:This 67 year old codger (one who has never been a gearhead) had to look it up and discovered "Braaap" is:Redthies wrote:I was quoting the Washougal comment. Re: Foraging/hunting
well being this is a firearms forum, I thought it might be referring to a machine gun that makes the braaaap sound.
