Took a walk

The last couple inches of fresh snow we had, took my 30-30 for a good walk. Looking for sheds, I have a little spike horn that's learned how to dump one of my bird feeders.
He had a tall set of spikes, now just two scabs on his head.
Any how I checked for tracks, no coyote tracks? Here all this time I thought my calling sucked. Maybe it ain't that bad. Just don't have any around right now.
