Went out for about a hour and half this morning while waiting on my friend to get ready to finish a project we have been working on for my home. I saw maybe 8 squirrels and some deer. I got another older male Fox squirrel and a grey. I had the chance to shoot two other ones but wasn't real sure on how the bullet from the 222 would exit and maybe just make crow bait out of the squirrel. Here is a shot of the two from today with my wonderful little Sako my Dad gave me before he passed. This is a fabulous rifle and I love taking it in the woods with me even if I don't shoot it.
Spring has sprung. Get out and shoot your Henry

Re: Tuesday hunt
I've never had any experience with the .222. I would have thought they would have been dust also. It did a nice job on them. It's a fine looking rifle.
