How do I quote only part of a post...duh

Thanks Tim,
I use a touch screen tablet and always worry that I'm going to inadvertently, delete the quote brackets and what I would end up with if so. Maybe I need to get a stylus.

Well, I went to Best Buy today and got a bluetooth mouse for my tablet. Love it! Should have gotten one 2 years ago.
