just e-filed our state and federal forms .... haven't heard how quickly refunds seem to be coming this year

I e-filed the Federal Return on 2/9 and it appeared in my checking account as a pending deposit two days ago and is available today. Already moved it into a savings account.

OK ... we were just notified that NC has accepted our state forms .... per long standing history, that is quick indeed

as noted above : taxes submitted and accepted on February 16th

just learned : our Federal refund is scheduled to be deposited on February 26th

not toooo bad .... looking forward to literally closing the books on 2023

You are all doing better than me, out tax year here in Aus runs July-June, I am still working through my 22-23 return.
Had a major stuff up on the statement issued by one of my employers with an allowance that the tax department deems tax free included in my taxable earnings. Waiting for an amended statement to be issued as it will make about 5k difference to my return.

I had to pay an additional $4K to the feds but I’m getting back a little over $300 from the state.

happily surprised to be able to say our Federal refund was deposited in our account yesterday (Feb 23rd)
