It's kind of neat to actually see the individual that is benefiting from a charitable contribution although I might tend to be somewhat leery of "some go fund me's". I don't know how "go fund me" regulates their requests but knowing that it's a request from a friend of your family is enough of a reassurance for me.

As I understand it, funds will be paid directly from the Go-Gund-Me to Medical Mutts. The out of pocket expenses for travel, food and lodging would be paid out to the family after filing an expense report.

Also if the Go-Fund-Me fails. Donors get refunded.
