A nice little folder....use it every day on the farm...cutting haybale twine...opening letters...cutting up apples....sharp little dude...slum and easy to carry ....wherever a bigger blade is not needed it is the berries....

I'm not familiar with the 503; but have some Buck knives and they are definitely quality tools.

You commented about it being "the berries" due to its size, which says to me it is a smaller knife. What size blade does it carry, and what shape blade? Actually, some pics would be fun to look at; I'm certain it is a "sharp-looking" Buck! ;) Enjoy.
